Question by Anita: Weight loss from eating a table spoon of coconut oil?
I heard that if you eat a table spoon of coconut oil before every meal, for 30 days (In a row) you will lose 30 pounds in those 30 days that you are drinking the oil. Is this true? Thanks

I’ve never heard of that before? Cant be possible, sounds way too easy. Just eat healthy and exercise for at least half an hour each day!

While it is true coconut oil and butter is better for you because of it’s anitoxidant properties and can be broken down by the liver easily, it will not result in any weight loss.
You need the obvious, excersize, a balanced diet and cut out the junk!
Is bad for the cholesterol.
