im half indian,and my hair is just recovering from split ends.I had hair about 6 inches below my shoulders and i had to cut off all of it because of split ends.Im trying different oil moisturizer products so it can regrow healthy.ive tried them all i think so now im using natural coconut oil.
How good is it?
Will it cause breakage or more split ends?
i use it every morning when i comb my hair

just keep your hait mouisurized before you go to sleep and when you wake up… there should be no breakage, or problems!!!

Answer by Apex Ze Great Definitely. I tested on myself and it actually works. I thought at first it would make my skin condition worst if I apply it, as it’s an oil base that would definitely blocked my pores.
But my assumption was wrong. I read an article about it’s benefit in the net and decided to try it myself. I applied it on my face and back where the skin is badly affected by pimples. When I woke up the next morning, thank to God, my skin have gotten a little bit better, smoother and the boils shrunk. I continue to apply it the next day and so forth, surprisingly my skin condition got better and clearer, even blackspots went away. The pimples on my back also shrunk and now it is completely clear.
I was glad that I experimented this on myself.
And you know what, if you got bruises or cuts or stretch marks on your body, just apply the oil, God permits, it will heal quickly and the marks will went away.
PS: I also put it on my cold sores (herpes simplex), it works too…

I have just started using it on my face and body after showering and wondered if anyone is having good results. I am also going to start using it for cooking and salad dressings. Any good recipes out there?

I will be doing this experiment for 4 weeks. I learned about the method through sunshower143 (I stated sunshower123 in the video, sorry!!). She’s had amazing growth so I wanted to try this method for myself. I’ll be back in 4 weeks with the results!! Products I used for this method (I actually use these products all of the time): *Spray bottle with diluted Giovanni Leave-In *Spray bottle with water & glycerin *Whipped cream mix I made: shea butter, castor oil & Cantu Shea Butter Leave-In (I use this to seal my ends) I don’t like the Cantu Shea Butter Leave-In because it is waayy too light to hold my 4A/B hair. I hate wasting money so I just melted shea butter using the double-broiler method, added castor oil, put the shea butter/castor oil mix over ice water & whipped in a cup of the Cantu until it was the consistency I was seeking. Question by M: how to make soap from coconut oil?
Hi, does anybody know how to make soap from coconut oil and if it is possible to obtain soap from only the coconut oil (I mean using only 1 oil, I know I have to use an alkaline later on etc.) Also, I would really I appreciate it if anybody gave me some links for procedures of carrying out the experiment. I need really it bad for my chemistry classes, as I have to write a design for the experiment.

Our self-satisfied grocery retailers doesn’t seem to think that South African consumers deserves coconut oil, or at least, that’s the way it seems. Can anybody give me any info on where to find any? Preferably in the Rosebank or Sandton area, but since I need it, I’m willing to travel anywhere in JHB to get it.
