I would say at a health food store. I don’t know if there are any Krogers where you live, but they might carry it. Of course there are thousands of places online. I pasted one below. I hope you find it!

good for your scalp if you massage it in your scalp twice a week. Has anyone used this or almond oil for your hair and scalp? Thanks for your help!

Yes I do!!! It is amazing for your hair and skin, try putting it on overnight and combing it through for best results, it repaired my hair frm damage I had(over a period of time though)
It also has anti-aging benefits
Btw get the organic one its better:)

well i have short hair and i see on the internet it says that vitamins are good for hair growth.i was just wondering do tums work because i have plenty of tums.

Coconut oil i hear that work and i’m not sure but i have some here and i’m certainly not sure if it helps hair growth or decreases the chance.

help me because i want middle neck length hair by next winter and that is about a year

Tums is only going to help your stomach. I don’t know how fast your hair grows. Eating a balanced diet and getting your hair trimmed regularly would help.

If you use a flat/curling iron and/or blow dryer you should use a thermal protectant on it first. You should condition regularly. Remember, using those tools will make your hair more prone to damage like split ends. Good luck!

cocunut oil is really a cool option for hair and as its naturaly obtained contains many natural vitamins ..
makes your glowing look and controls dandruff to some extent and i think it will prevent !

Where did you found it? In the hair products section or in the COOKING section.

One is for cooking, and one is for moisturizing your hair.

My grandma uses coconut oil on her hair, in the tropics to prevent lice getting in her hair.

YOu get more benefits eating fresh coconut slices and drink the milk, than putting them on your hair.

The coconut oil you have a link for seems to be for internal use as a dietary supplement amongst other things. Coconut butter or cocobutter is for the hair. I don’t know about the skin though.

My hair is dry but I don’t want to cut it. I want to grow it out longer. I saw someone recommend Vatika, an indian product but I’m not sure as to where to buy it. Does walmart or walgreens have it?
