Question by : does anyone know where i can get coconut oil?
i live on a peninsula past gig harbor Washington (state) and i havent seen it in any grocery stores (albertsons walmart ect..) do i need to go to a nutritional shop or what?

I am looking for something that will help be have a bowel movement everyday. I take 2 medicines that make me extremely constipated. Fiber works okay for me but I want to know if taking 3-4 tlbsp. a day of coconut oil will help be have a bowel movement? I do not want to take a laxative. Any ideas please!

i havent heard about coconut oil so ure on your own with that. but if you want to try prunes (they clear you out) and now they have probiotic yogurt if that helps you. try eating fruits and vegetables and less starches and chocolates. if you like coffee that always helps too

add it to your hair just like you would a smoothing cream, ive worked at a hair salon for years now, and i use it. after you style it put A VERY SMALL AMOUNT in your hand, not even a dime size, and smooth it through your hair. thats what i do and found its the best way

I see no harm in it I use to use coconut oil on my daughters it

makes your hair grow. I use to make it homemade but I

forgot how too I’m older now. do not put too much or it will

make her hair greasing just a bit OK.

Im not going to lie, it smelled really good and works fairly good on my hair but it isnt great. I prefer Redken anti-snap trust me it works so much better. And I believe the organix coconut oil has other ingredients in it.

If you can’t find it on PubMed, it probably doesn’t exist. Which I suspect.

Because it became very expensive when the word got out about the health benefits.
I was working with Whole Foods at the time and everybody was asking for it.
So the demand pushed the price way up.
